Franklin County Severe Weather Shelter Registry Program is a free and voluntary program that allows residents who own a personal severe weather shelter in Franklin County to register their shelter with the Franklin County Emergency Management Agency. This information will only be provided to rescue personnel if your property is involved in a natural disaster or rescue operation.
